INTRODUCTION
Nice needed a way to present their CXone Multi-ACD solution — a complex technology for unifying multiple contact center systems in the cloud. Alter Studio led the creative direction and messaging, while I was responsible for designing and animating the full 3D video.
Our Approach
Working closely with Sagie Alter, I translated the technical script into engaging 3D visuals. Each shot was crafted to visualize modularity, integration, and cloud connectivity, turning abstract ideas into a clear story.
FINAL PERFORMANCE
The final animation brought CXone’s value to life: from the challenges of multiple ACDs to the simplicity of one unified platform. The client was highly satisfied with the cinematic quality and clarity, praising the collaboration between Alter Studio and my 3D execution.
