The Lab. Where I play without a brief.

Personal work, experiments, and things I make just to see if I can. This is where the signature gets sharpened.

A decade of motion,
aimed at clarity.

I'm Gilad Baron — a 3D and 2D motion designer based in Barcelona. For over ten years I've helped SaaS, Tech, and Energy companies turn complex products into clear visual stories — work that's premium, trusted, and alive.

Most of my work arrives the same way: a company already has a vision, a design, or a deadline, and needs someone they can hand it to and stop worrying about. Brands like Microsoft, SolarEdge, Amdocs, and Aquila have trusted me not just to deliver, but to come back with something better than they pictured. You work directly with me, start to finish — no chain, no surprises.

What makes the work mine is harder to put on a spec sheet. I'm also a music producer, so I think in rhythm, not just keyframes — I time motion the way you'd time a track. It's a pulse most motion misses, and it's why a finished piece feels alive instead of just correct.

I knew I could trust him both as a professional with boots on the ground and as a creative force that drove us to places I wouldn't even imagine. The assets they created for us still serve us today — driving partnerships, raising brand awareness, and supporting strategic goals.

Working with Gilad was absolutely seamless. He took our UI designs and brought them to life with smooth, beautiful animation, and created a 3D logo that really elevated our brand book. The final result was polished and perfectly on point.

Questions,
answered.

can't find an answer?→ ask directly
01What kinds of films do you actually make?+

Product explainers, 3D launch films, trade-show & investor animations, and social/marketing visuals. Anything that turns a complicated product into a short, clear story.

02Who do you typically work with?+

SaaS, Tech, and Energy companies — usually mid-size to enterprise. From marketing teams shipping launches to founders preparing pitches.

03How long does a project take?+

Most films land in 3–6 weeks. Shorter pitch films can ship in 2 weeks; bigger launch pieces with multiple scenes take 6–8.

04How much does it cost?+

Depends on scope, scenes, and turnaround. A 30s product explainer usually starts around €6k; full launch films scale from there. Free 20-min call to scope it.

05How do you work?+

Discovery → storyboard → animation → delivery. Weekly previews in Frame.io, async-first, with one synchronous call per phase. Sound design and revisions included.

06Can you handle script + sound design?+

Yes — I write voice-over scripts when needed and do sound design + music sourcing in-house. Full delivery, no separate vendor handoff.

Let's bring
your vision to life.

Got a launch, a pitch, or a campaign? Tell me what you're trying to ship — I'll send a quote within 48 hours.
